Hi all. I know I have not posted in a little while. Things were a bit crazy here when my youngest daughter got sick for almost 5 days.
It was hard enough to find time to train, train clients, that I had no time to blog. But never fear I am back and have a blog post I am putting out tomorrow about hip training and knee pain. I did a lot of research and reading for the post, and it even has a video of an exercise you can use to strengthen your hips. I am really excited to post it so please be sure to stop by tomorrow.
