Workout Wednesday

Well despite the forecast there was still a decent headwind at the track today, though nothing at all like yesterday’s 30 mile per hours gusts. Still the wind did make some of the repeats pretty challenging.

Today’s workout was as follows.

15 minute easy pace warm-up.

4x 1200 meter repeats with a three minute easy pace recovery.

6x 20 second striders. (As mentioned in a previous post these are not to be sprints)

I had planned on doing a 10 minute cooldown, but was just so tired at this point that I stopped after five minutes and then finished off with some static stretching.
